I’m so happy to announce a wonderful honor for my middle grade book, SPIRITS AMONG US, through Reycraft. It won Imadjinn Best Children’s Book (Imaginarium) in 2021! For a pandemic release that was pretty low key, that was very exciting! So happy to share this news with my readers!

In other news, ROCK AND ROLL WOODS, my debut picture book, journeyed to the National Book Festival of 2019 to represent Kentucky!

I also celebrate the other collaborators who helped earn a STARRED Kirkus review for Kuda. The book was illustrated by the fabulous Anika A. Woods, art directed and edited by the wonderful Mira Reisberg, and published by the talented Callie Metler-Smith at Spork.
